Your shoulder pain could be due to your wrong working posture. Which side of the shoulder is aching?
Next Steps
You should give hot water fomentation to the affected side for 15-20 minutes twice a day. You can use Volini gel or spray provided you are not allergic. You should use the right working table and chair. You should take intermittent breaks while working. You should do shoulder strengthening exercises twice a day with proper guidance. Avoid lying on the affected side.
Health Tips
If the pain persists or aggrevates you need to consult a Physiotherapist or Orthopaedist in person or through video call for further evaluation and treatment.

Upper shoulder muscles are very related to the neck. Hence posture of your neck and shoulder needs to be assessed. Fatigue results from prolonged time of static postures. Hence these muscles could be weak and causing pain. However with your pain at this stage it doesnt look like there is any major musculoskeletal pathology. You are at a stage where your pain could be managed and prevented from worsening.
Next Steps
seek to have an ergonomic assessment done. This could be done online.
Health Tips
take breaks in between work. 40 mins is the most advised period to be seated in one stretch.
