Shoulder pain and vertigo
Suffering from 1 month shoulder pain and some time vertigo due to only left side rest position.shoulder pain is all time bt vertigo is one time in a month .

Because of your rest position there may be compression of nerve because of which blood flow may obstructed and irritation to nerve can lead to vertigo along with shoulder pain.

It may be cervical Rediculopathy it’s better to go for x ray cervical spine or MRI for more accurate results.Postural correction advised. Avoid neck forward bending.

It seams your neck muscles restricting blood flow, that may be cause of your vertigo. Shoulder muscle is a complex one, it need to be evaluated by the properly.

Avoid overhead activities. Try hot pack over your neck area. Avoid pillow, use towel rolls that support your neck but make sure your head should touch the bed. So adjust the height of the towel roll accordingly.

If shoulder  pain is radiating from neck region, Physiotherapy assessment shall be useful in prescribing proper exercises for recovery.

You need to take electrotgerapy for 10 days, the pain in the neck and shoulder along with vertigo can be reduced. After a week of electrotherapy, you will be suggested with exercises which you need to continue for atleast a month in making the muscles stronger.
