No you need to contact a shoulder surgeon. . If somebody has referred you to shoulder MRI they should be able to refer you to shoulder surgeon. If you are in Bengaluru Google Prakriya hospitals and can come to me if you want to . It is up to you. At your age group you need surgical procedure done

You need to consult an orthopaedic surgeon. Further treatment in your case is usually surgical, which is done by an arthroscopy surgeon to reconstruct the tendon and relieve bursitis.
