Shoulder joint pain due to pushups
Dear sir/ ma'am 2 days ago i done pushups by watching "Home Workouts" android application but my shoulder joint front side and near chest its paining I can't do exercise also, should i have to continue my exercise or should I have to skip one or 2 days. How to get rid from that pain by natural way. Thank you..
