I got this injury during my college time while doing pushups (namaskar) in right shoulder. I feel pain when i do weight training specially shoulder exercise or any kind of pressure i feel on shoulder,

Avoid overstrain deep tissue injury tk physiotherapy for few days

Injury of rotator cuff... get yourself examined first.. and if you want confirm or make your diagnosis go for an MRI shoulder.
