Sir/ma'am I feel pain in hands joint since 4 days and shoulder. Please give some advice to reduce this pain.🙏🙏

Use a pain killer T. Retoz 60 mg twice a day for 3 days. But get a personal consultation as we suggest some blood tests in these scenarios.
