Shoulder Injury
I had a shoulder injury. While fixing the spring I got spring pull back with heavy jerk on my right shoulder. I have done my right shoulder MRI which are showing some damages. Mri Images are attached. Please help me out what to do next.

Avoid shoulder movements,even u can use shoulder sling and consult orthopaedic

I hv seen ur mri...  As per your condition you hv to take rest and consult to orthopedician. Bcz there is posterior sublaxation and laberal tear so you hv to consult to ortho doc.

Hi.., in my view , u go according to shoulder specialist.., later on u can start with supervised physiotherapy.. Tc..
