Neck feels like spring
When i turn my head left or right that movement i feel spring type sensation in my neck also when i walk faster i feel my neck is moving faster this happen6 from last 4 months my neck x ray and mri is normal

It may be  musculoskeletal issue. it is due to  muscle imbalance and it may lead to forward head posture. So consult a Physiotherapist for proper assessment and  treatment
