Should I take bcaa?
Recently i am having stomach issues, but since i hit gym everyday I decided to start with bcaa recently. So right now my stomach issues are not completely resolved, can i take bcaa or it will upset the stomach further? I have constipation and mushy stools(yellow).. My height is 5'7, and weight is 66.8-67.8, it used to be 70+ this january, unfortunately due to unknown reasons m losing weight too even with weight training, i dont to cardio, coming back to main question can I start bcaa? And also i take whey daily after workout, gnc 100iso whey
