I'm doing gym and workout to improve my muscle and to be fit. I'm going under strength training and I'm unable to lift more because I'm unable to provide more protein and energy. My coach has suggested me you can take BCAA supplement. Wanted to confirm can we use that.
Is their any side effects.

Don't take any supplement for weight gain and muscle.
Take high protein diet and balanced nutrition and do exercises.
