Should I continue b12 tablet
Hello I got my full body checkup done my b12 was 200. I have symptoms like dizziness and constant tiredness/weakness. I was prescribed neurobion forte for 15 days. I did take it. I feel little better but my constant fatigue is not gone yet. Should I continue taking neurobion forte or just diet changes can increase b12? (My vitamin d was 65 and haemoglobin was 11.6 , calcium was 8.3)

Your fatigue is understandable — you have a combination of low B12, low haemoglobin (mild anaemia), and very low Vitamin D, all of which together cause persistent tiredness, dizziness, and weakness. Fifteen days of Neurobion Forte is usually not enough to fully correct B12 deficiency, and your Vitamin D at 65 (if in ng/mL) is deficient and needs separate supplementation. Diet changes alone are generally not sufficient to correct these levels quickly.
