Should i consult a psychiatrist

For past 4years am alone in my home... Am studying CA. Yesterday i took self depression test in online it said ur in server depression level contact psychiatrist... What it means?? Am always sleeping,eating and feels tierd all the time.. I can't able to concentrate my studies more than 2 hours... I feel low all the time when i see my siblings and friends.. what happened to me?? What is the reason behind it?? Should i consult a psychiatrist?? Please help me
