Hi I want to solve three things mainly. 1. I am having issues regarding many small topics with my wife. They have became very intense. Need a proper marriage counselor. Ours is a love marriage and we both belong to different states. Cultural and mentality differences are creating many issues. I love her and I want to dol this. 2. I am aspiring for a top government exam and currently also working in government sector. I don't get enough time to study. Because of my hectic and irregular lifestyle. I want to be disciplined in my food and Lifestyle. So that I can stay healthy physically and mentally. But somehow I couldn't able to do it. The thing is I m not able to rule on my mind. My mind rules upon me. I want to correct this but don't get where to get help. A meditation center !? An ayurvedic center or Yoga ... Don't know.. confused. 3. My wife's entry in my house has caused many issues within my family. She and I love each other but things with my family is not working properly.

Hi, Visit a couple therapist( that will solve your problem number 1 and 3) Inculcating yoga and meditation in your daily routine would solve your problem number 2 to a great extent.

1. Consult a psychologist or counsellor. Opt for couple therapy. 2. Try "activity scheduling": chart all your daily activities on a paper including sleeping and eating. Maintain a diary. This helps in disciplining your lifestyle. 3. Yoga or any other physical activity definitely will help. All the best.
