Shortness of breath and suffocation
I need advice and medicine for my shortness of breath and suffocation. I get this when the weather changes, when I travel from one place to another, change of location, if I talk for a longer period of time even when I m sitting for a long time for work suddenly I start feeling suffocated and shortness of breath. And get a dry cough and sneeze in the evenings. After I take the deriphyiliin tablet and my inhaler I feel relieved. Need proper medicine.

Your symptoms suggest Vata-Kapha imbalance and possibly Vataja Shwasa (a type of breathlessness/asthmatic condition in Ayurveda). Weather sensitivity, dry cough, and suffocation all point toward underlying respiratory hypersensitivity. 🌿 Ayurvedic medicines that can help: Sitopaladi Churna with honey – for dry cough and breathlessness Talisadi Churna – especially in seasonal or travel-related issues Vasa Avaleha – for strengthening lungs and clearing Kapha Kanakasava or Dashamoola Haritaki Avaleha – for chronic breathlessness Steam inhalation with ajwain and light diet avoiding cold or oily foods also help. For exact combinations, dose, and long-term support, consult me directly for personalized Ayurvedic treatment.
