Shoertness of breath due to gas
I am suffering from gas and acidity. From last two days i am suffering from shortness of breath due to gas in my chest and gas is also not passing out. When i lay down in my bed than breathing problem decreases and i feel better. Please tell me any home remedy which will quickly help in my gas and breathing (both) problems.(until i get my medicine on monday)

Hello, 1. Take freshly prepared food at regular timings, include easily digestible light food items in your meals. 2. Exercise regularly, this will be very helpful for you, preferably walk few strides once in every hour. 3. Dinner should be light and try to finish your dinner by 7:30 - 8:00 pm. 4. Drink adequate water sip by sip (approximately 3 litres/day). You can include water boiled with coriander seeds or ajwain. 5. Seasoned yellow buttermilk with a pinch of Ashtachoornam will be helpful (Prepare ashtachoornam with equal amounts of Black Pepper, Ginger, Long Pepper , Ajmoda (Celery Seeds), Sendha Namak ,Safed Jeera – White Cumin Seeds , Kala Jeera – Black Cumin Seeds and Heeng (asafoetida).
Health Tips
Avoid, Excessive sour spicy food, Baked items, Pickles, Heavy meals, uncooked food- raw salads or sprouts, Fried food, Aerated drinks, Refrigerated food etc. Avoid day sleep and sedentary lifestyle practices.

Hello take half tsp of ajwain and one fourth tsp jeera powder and one fourth  tsp  of kala namak   ,have it warm  water,it will  release you gas intently. For consultation you can  book  appointment Dr varsha  Gupta

Boil half tsf of ajwain in 2 cup of water till it remains 1 cup in low flame, add some black salt and drink it. Take care

Hello Ma'am don't worry,U r suffering from vata Pitta vikar, Take Decoction of fresh Giloy Tinospora cordifolia Mulethi Glycyrrhiza glabera at morning and evening, Avipattikar Churna 1 tsf bid with water after meals,Drink Saunf Ajwayan boiled water thrice a day,Tab Triphala Himalaya drug 2 tabs at night with Lukewarm water
