Short temper/Anxiety/panic attacks!
Past issue has affected my current relationship. Right now, I'm just sitting at one place and doing nothing. It's like my life has stopped and I'm only breathing. My current relationship has affected in such a way that the marraige has broke. My anger, anxiety and panic attacks are the most common thing I have observed. I need a counsellor so that I can talk to the person clearly and help me to come out of this.

Life can never be in smooth condition .it is full of ups and down .no one can change the surrounding and circumstances ,what anyone can change is to learn the ability so that don't get affected by their surrounding.things will be like this only, just like the  way you can't control raining and storms what you can do is to make room such that you don't get affected by this storm ,infact you should learn the art so that you can enjoy this rain.any professional can help you in this.if you need my help you can contact me online also. It's good U opted for help from a Mental health professional. As I read ur problem's, I m of the opinion that First we have to c the past issues and need to address them , and 2nd impt thing z only panic attack z not the issue in ur case, as that can't be the reason for divorce, we hv to focus on undelying Psychopathology and other related personality issues which can lead a person towards divorce.... So My opinion to u z to book an appointment with me, so that we can try to resolve the all issues collectively.....
