Sir, I want to increase my height by any safe medicine if possible, my height is 5'2 and my age is 19 year old.

Dear sir
At tbis age it is highly unlikely for you to be able to increase your height.However,you may try exeecises like hanging from a monkey bar.
Keeping yourself lean can make you appear taller.

Well its difficult to add height you know... But alright you may take some supplements that can help. You can use insoles on your shoes that can add upto 3 inches. If you want a certain increase then go for surgery but mind you it could be risky if you go for surgery as limit is very less. Rest i suggest be proud of your body, don't think of height as an imperfection, it was never in your hand anyway
