You will stop treating yourself.
Please consult a General Physician for the control of your BP. BP is not managed by popping a few pills in your mouth because you are not feeling well. It should be REGULAR treatment under supervision of a Physician who is willing to help you whenever you need.
Your medicines are unable to control B.P.
You should opt for proper consultation to adjust doses of drugs to control B.P.
Because uncontrolled high B.P is a matter of concern.
Hypertension can damage many organs in your body mainly Kidney and Brain.
Above readings are indicative of uncontrolled hypertension with telmisaran 40 mg ,needs additional medicine like amlodepine 5 mg .If not controlled by the combination diuretic like hydrocholthiazide could be added later .
When these medicines are added you have to consider other co existing medical condition.
Next Steps
Ideally she should have ECG and echo considering her increased bp with dizziness and sweating
Health Tips
diet modification and salt restrictions and exercise will be helpful
Regular monitoring and adequate medications along with few dietary change should help her better. Please consult with a physician for further medical management and guidance.
