Hello doctor i want 'll reduce my tummy weight.. I did lot of abdominal exercises but I did't reduce the belly fat . Using shape will reduce my belly fat I need ur advice .

Look, you need to keep target for your self and control over many edible things i.e need to avoid rice as well wheat(as this contain gluten), exclude many forms of simple carbohydrates, keep your diet protein and fibre rich. Self Exercising may not be beneficial as positions while exercise matters. For beginning star with walking. But modify it little, walk in form of 8 shape for 10 mins increasing over a week of time till 1/2 an hour to 1 hour. This will help you lower your tummy as well create curves by sideways.
