Of late my four years old's front tooth is shaking slightly, and in the newly formed gap, a new tooth seems to be growing. Though it's not painful, keeping in mind, her age will it lead to any complication?
The full face view photo is taken in May'18, while only teeth photo is the recent one
Please, guide whether this needs any immediate action/consultation or may be left free and not much of a concern.

Visit a dentist for accurate examination of front teeth as the permanent one is erupting at early age..An OPG will lead to proper diagnosis of the clinical condition of the permanent teeth which are about to erupt..It may be an extra or supernumerary tooth but for exact diagnosis do get an x ray done.

Please consult with a pediatric dentist . It might be an extra tooth . An x Ray / Iopa of that area will give a clear picture of that extra tooth / tooth like structure .
Next Steps
It’s advisable to get a check up done rather than wait and watch .
That gap created may be due to early eruption of front permanent tooth as the permanent ones are bigger are in size compared to milk teeth. There might be no immediate complications as such but a clinical evaluation is required to comment on any treatment,if required.
