Its suggestive of fat dietary intake but can be age related too. But for proper diagnosis, you need to answer few questions if you are comfortable: 1 More about your lifestyle if you follow sedentary job life? 2. Alcohol Intake history? 3. If any family member also have same results? 4. What are symptoms you experiencing right now? We may need more diagnostic reports for D/D Thank you Wish you and your dear ones healthy life. P.S- Consult with more scans

High SGOT, SGPT levels suggest active destruction  of liver cells, that is mostly due to infection or alcohol. Even alka phosphate is high. It is advisable to tell your symptoms in detail, any H/o alcohol intake? Till then avoid exertion, fatty food, alcohol.

Hi, Based on these reports like you were mentioned your sdot and sgpt is elevated. This could mean a lot of things. If you have a previous report for comparison it would be helpful. If you have a fever or any other complaints in the past week it could be a recent infection too. Do consult with all your reports for a better opinion. Please don't take any medications if it's prescribed by anyone who does not look at all your reports and ask you questions to figure out what is actually happening Thank you
