Hello I have fount my sgpt levels is 36 .6 where normals should be below 35 is this thing to be worried also having insufficient vit D levels along with high cholesterol level

Hi., I can understand your concern. 36 is good since it's a calculated value. To be preventive in future, avoid processed and outside food items.

SGPT level, just 4% above the range as given in Laboratory Standards, should be ignored. You can do your complete Liver profile and see all other parameters, if they are also disturbed.

Reduce intake of oily and Deep fried items Maintain balanced diet Avoid alcohol Excercise regularly

Only total cholesterol level is high or other parts are high.. For raised sgpt.. for few days Avoid oily n spicy foods

Avoid spicy and oily food. Low cholesterol diet. Drink plenty of water Sun bath. Milk and milk products. Do some physical activity. Avoid alcohol. Avoid smoking Vit D3 sachet 60k IU one's in a week for 4 week's.
