Hi, my wife fell and has hurt her spine. The MRI shows a residual spinal canal diameter 4 mm for L4L5 disc. Her urinary blader sonography is normal. Request suggestions on next steps.

Large central extruded disk can lead tocauda equina syndrome If that is the case then she requires decompression on emergency basis
