Hi mam.. Tooth ache may be due to Dental caries.... You can take Tab ..Flexon for pain relief... Medication is only temporary relief... First you have to take IOPA(x_ray) of the concerned teeth to rule out the cause of pain and extent of caries... Based on radiographic investigation , treatment option will be made whether it is simple filling or root cana l treatment... Pain usually indiates the caries reaches deep layer(pulp layer) which can be treated by root caal treatment
