Please visit a dentist. You need to get relief from your pain and only after proper examination can the treatment be decided. Any treatment planned, can be carried out in consultation with your gynecologist.
Next Steps
Do warm salt water gargles and take a painkiller approved by your doctor. PL don't delay your dental treatment.

Out of the three trimesters, the second trimester is considered safest for any dental treatment although emergency treatments can be and are done in other trimesters as well. We cannot let the patient suffer in pain because pain is one of the most damaging stimuli for your body as well as a developing foetus. We do have a lot of restrictions about the medications that we can use and the procedures that we can perform as well as use of X-rays, but trust me, we have sufficient techniques and armamentarium in modern dentistry to take care of your pain. Please search for a dentist in your vicinity using Practo and try to make a visit as soon as possible. Regards.
