I am having sever stiff neck for last two nights caused most likely due to wrong sleeping posture .. need some meds for instant relief as I have exams and I will spending lots of time on study table ..

Please consider going to an Orthopedic. Analgesic with a muscle relaxant is must. Hot fomentation thrice a day will help.
