Maintain oral hygiene. Warm saline rinses thrice a day. Visit a local dentist for physical evaluation, x ray and treatment (as required).

Based on your description, it sounds like you may be experiencing an infection or inflammation in that area. It's concerning that the antibiotics you took did not provide any relief. In such cases, it's important to consult with a dentist or oral surgeon as soon as possible. They will be able to evaluate your condition more accurately and provide appropriate treatment options. In the meantime, you can try some at-home remedies to alleviate the pain and swelling: Rinse your mouth with warm saltwater: Mix half a teaspoon of salt in 8 ounces of warm water and rinse your mouth gently. This can help reduce inflammation and promote healing. Apply a cold compress: Place a cold compress or ice pack wrapped in a thin cloth on the affected area for 15 minutes at a time. This can help reduce swelling and numb the area temporarily. Over-the-counter pain relievers: Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) like ibuprofen can help alleviate pain and reduce inflammation. Follow the instructions on the packaging or consult with a pharmacist for appropriate dosage. Remember, these remedies are temporary solutions and should not replace professional dental care. It's important to have a dentist or oral surgeon evaluate your condition to determine the appropriate treatment, which may include extraction if necessary.
