Severe neck pain at backside
Not able to bend my head down and rotate it.severe neck pain just below the lower head at backside. Started yesterday morning suddenly.

I suggest you to do icing (cold pack ) in every 2 hours on the painfully area. Support your neck while sleeping/sitting. Use soft cervical pillow.
