Severe lower back pain
My father 72 years age is having severe lower back pain. XRAY is attached. Kindly advise. Other test results are: Hb: 11, Creatinine: 1.2, Urea: 39. He is hypertensive and duabetic.

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from some low back pain. As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start

you should follow good life style like sufficient amount of water and take less spicy and fatty food  and do some  back exercise according to physiotherapist with yoga and my meditation.

Your father's x-rays show age related degenerative changes in the back bones and osteoporosis.Both of them causes back pain.
