I have had a constant headache since 2020. I got a MRI and eye tests were done, but nothing came out. My doctor told me it's a migraine. But even after taking heavy pain killers, I didn't get relief for even a minute. I am not able to tie my hair, sudden movements or waking up suddenly from sleep, increases my headache. I am not able to exercise or go for a walk as it increases my headache. Going out in the sun also increases my headache. I was recommended pranayam, etc but that also increases my headache.
Sometimes the pain increases in my jaw and around the nose.
Please help me out, what to do. Which doctor should I consult?

You need to consult a neurologist for a clinical examination to determine the exact cause of the long standing headache, resistant migraine or cluster headache etc
Based on this, experiencing a non-stop headache for six years that fails to respond to traditional abortive painkillers requires a highly specialized reassessment. The mechanical triggers (like hair tension or physical movement) along with facial distribution points toward specialized conditions such as New Daily Persistent Headache (NDPH), a chronic refractory migraine variant, or localized cranial nerve/occipital nerve sensitivity. However, for a proper diagnosis after a six-year timeline, a comprehensive neurological re-evaluation is necessary.
