Hello, Since your headache is still severe and not improving and given the combination of vertigo , imbalance, eye pain, I would suggest strongly that you undergo further evaluation . Some possible causes can be vestibular neuritis, labyrinthitis, or migraine associated vertigo, but we need to rule out any other neurological causes .
Next Steps
Please consult ENT specialist and also neurologist
Health Tips
Continue medication for now

ear pain followed by vertigo, vomiting, ringing in the ear, and now persistent headache with eye/temple pain — this sounds like it could be related to an inner ear problem (like vestibular neuritis or labyrinthitis) or sometimes migraine associated with vertigo. The good news is that your BP, sugar, ECG, and blood tests are normal, so serious heart or acute stroke-related causes are less likely. I would advice: Vertin (betahistine) is commonly given for vertigo and imbalance. Naxdom is a migraine pain reliever, but if your headache is still severe and constant, you should follow up again. Eye pain and temple pain can sometimes point toward migraine or sinus-related issues.
Next Steps
If the headache is severe, one-sided, with nausea, or not improving with medicines, see a neurologist or ENT specialist. If vertigo or imbalance gets worse, or you develop double vision, weakness in limbs, slurred speech, or severe vomiting, go to the hospital immediately to rule out any neurological cause.
Health Tips
In the meantime: rest in a quiet room, avoid sudden head movements, keep hydrated, and continue the medicines as prescribed.

Probably a migraine or ear infection involving the inner ear or other infection. Tell me did you have any fever/ neck stiffnes? If so it can be meningitis / encephalitis( please note without out proper history and physical examination that cannot be confirmed)for which consult a specialist. Also if you feel a flashing of light in your eye with intolerance to high frequency sounds alongside your presentation, probably a severe case of migraine attack- avoid chocolate, try some coffee ( just a light tip not a medical one). If you are experiencing balance issues with headache and ear pain , an Ent specialist is the one who can help you, they might even suggest a CT in order to rule out any brain pathologies. Hope this helps

An Ent consultation

Hello, Thank you for sharing your detailed symptoms. I understand that the severe vertigo, headache, facial pain, and ear tenderness you’ve experienced are distressing. Your symptoms suggest a possibility of vestibular or inner ear involvement, which could be causing vertigo and imbalance. The ear tenderness followed by vertigo and headache may indicate an inner ear infection or inflammation such as labyrinthitis or vestibular neuritis, but other neurological causes should also be considered. Since your initial investigations like BP, sugar, ECG, and CBC are normal, further evaluation might be necessary, including: A detailed neurological and ENT examination Imaging studies like MRI of the brain and inner ear to rule out central causes Vestibular function tests if available In the meantime, it’s important to: Continue prescribed medications and avoid sudden head movements to reduce vertigo Stay hydrated and rest in a quiet, dimly lit environment Monitor symptoms closely, especially if you develop worsening imbalance, persistent severe headache, hearing loss, weakness, or vision changes, seek emergency care immediately If the headache and imbalance persist or worsen, I recommend you follow up promptly with a neurologist or ENT specialist for a comprehensive evaluation. Feel free to reach out for further guidance or to discuss your test results. Wishing you a speedy recovery, Dr. Romain Rajan

As your headache is not improving. Please go for further evaluation. As you taken Naxdom 500 , it normally works for headaches but as your symptoms not improving so you must rule out other causes of headaches so further evaluation needed.
