Vertigo, nausea, vomiting, loose motions
2 days back with vertigo, 8 vomitings local rmp prescribed for vomitings control & gastric trouble, later got check up of cbp, rbs, esr, ct scan of brain as found swelling on neck near to right ear, but every report is normal, later ECG, neck Xray done found normal still vertigo nausea & loose motions photophobia aversion to noise occiput headache

Please At this age,, vertigo occurs due to some spondylitic changes in cervical spine Do following... Do neck, back and shoulders exercises daily Avoid heighted pillow Go for morning and evening walk daily for good digestion and easy defication and good circulation Take salads and fruits more Take dates beet root jaggery green leafy vegetables regularly Take Tab spinfree  30 1 1 Tab neurobion forte 30 1 1 Reconsult after 15 days
