Constant fever and headache since 4 days
I have been having fever and headache since 4 days. Last three days I tried dolo 650 twice. I feel it is giving relaxation for sometime and again headache is back. last night I checked my temp. it was around 97.2,98.1,97.4. Tday I came office and working but still feeling headache and weakness. Can you please suggest. FYI No chills nothing..I dont feel any other symptoms

Take warm or hot drinks often – hot tea , hot coffee,hot Soups, hot milk.Avoid Fried/Oily foods like –Samosa, Dosa, Pakora, Papad, Namkeens, Potato Chips , Namkeens.Avoid Hotel Food, Avoid Fast food,Hamburgers, Pizza. Do not take any COLD drinks , coldwater, ice cream, chilled food from refrigerator.Take soft foods like rice Gurrel(Khichdi), Plain daal, boiled vegetables.Avoid Chillies completely.Take plain warm water, Cocunutwater, Enerzal in warm water.Avoid Cold Milk , Meat Products ,Fried rice and noodles.Avoid Sour fruits like Citrusfruits, grapes.Avoid heavy meals, eat smallfrequent meals. Avoid Alcoholic drinks of allkinds  like Beer, Wine,whisky,vodka etc.Warm saline gargles thrice daily.Steam inhalation thrice daily.Rest for 5 days Private consult me for detailed prescription medicine protocol.
