Swelling fever toothache chills
I was having mild toothache 4-5 days ago and then day before yesterday I had swelling on my right cheek then yesterday that swelling reached under right eye and also around it .
Currently my right face is swollen alongwith right eyelid and skin under right eye
I had fever and felt chills
I have taken Dolopar tablet and Aceclofenac and paracetamol tablet for inflammation and fever .
Please help me diagnose my problem and suggest me some quick treatment 🙏🙏

Likely complications of tooth infection and to exclude right cavernous sinus thrombosis
Needs hospital admission for
1. IV antibiotics
2. Urgent CT scan of face, brain and CT venogram
