Severe back pain
Good day Doctor, I had a muscle catch on couple of days back, suddenly yesterday while I was sitting on a couch I had a severe back pain, feels like I don't have strength in my hip by which I am not able to stand sit and move a side. I am taking medicines and complete rest since then I have a pain. I don't have swelling on back and no cramps in legs but still I feel severe pain. Please suggest is it a serious problem and do I have to consult orthopedic??? Waiting for your response. Thanks in advance.
