Severe Back pain
From tomorrow i have got a severe back pain, Its making me difficult to walk.
I have not lifted any heavy items.
I just bend down to pick some stuff from ground and suddenly the cramp /pain started. I used moov spray and by eveni g it was lite pain. But next day again i bend and pain started. While sitting i am not getting much pain. But i am not able to walk straight.
