  4. Several head bumps. Should i consult?

Several head bumps
I am suffering with head bumps.It comes and goes off all over the head. The bump is very itchy and it becomes red sometimes. Why this is happening. Which doctor should i consult? This is happening from past 15 days. Please help me in this.
