Pimples with redness and itching may be acne with irritation or contact dermatitis, but the exact cause needs examination. Use a gentle fragrance-free cleanser and moisturizer; stop new creams, scrubs and steroid-mixed creams. Seek urgent care for swelling of the lips/eyes or breathing difficulty.
