I have gotten darker, overall uniformly on my body I was thinner and lighter but I have changed ever since I fixed my hormones with MYO and D CHIRO and after that I have gained 10 kg and I got rid of pimples but I got pimples again and I have texture as well, which wasn't there before and now I have tanned uniformly as well, but to be clear I USE SUNSCREEN RELIGIOUSLY do not say sun tan, it's not, I never let myself tan, and I also have a very good skin care routine, it's not something from my end, and something as simple as sun tan, and I have gained some weight as well, I have done tests thyroid, cortisol everything is normal, I don't understand what is happening and it's really bothering me and making me upset because I want to go back to my original state I am also a lot weaker compared to before and my pelvis is very sensitive and easily hurt, I get abdominal issues when I try to run, and everything else is normal but something is clearly wrong

Hi mam I know its frustating to go through these changes after being very careful. I dont see direct relation to these skin changes and your supplementation. It seems more like metabolic syndrome. Thyroid and cortisol being normal is ok but they dont give overview of your hormonal health.
Next Steps
Fasting Glucose and insulin levels Usg Pelvis and Abdomen RFT

Do consult for further evaluation

Your symptoms need a systematic evaluation as normal thyroid and cortisol tests may not explain all these changes. Please book a consultation so we can review your reports, medications and symptoms and plan the appropriate next steps.

Weight gain and skin darkening after starting myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol usually isn't from the supplements. It more often points to an underlying hormonal pattern such as PCOS or insulin resistance, which can also bring back acne even when your thyroid and cortisol are normal.
Next Steps
Ask for a fasting insulin and glucose test, an androgen panel, and a pelvic ultrasound. These checks will show whether PCOS or insulin resistance explains your weight and skin changes, and a velvety darkening like yours is often called acanthosis nigricans.
Health Tips
Please see a gynaecologist for the pelvic sensitivity and discomfort when you run, since that needs its own in-person check.
