Thank you for sharing the photos. The lesions look like a long standing itchy eczema type rash, though a chronic fungal infection can look similar, so exact diagnosis needs a proper look at the skin. For now keep the area clean and dry, bathe with a mild soap free cleanser, apply a plain moisturiser twice daily, wear loose cotton clothes and avoid scratching, hot water baths and home remedies. You may take Tablet Levocetirizine 5 mg at night for a few days for the itching. Do not use any steroid cream or over the counter combination cream on your own, as long term use damages the skin and makes fungal infection worse. If it is not settling in a week, or you notice spreading, pus, pain, fever or bleeding from the lesions, please get examined without delay. This is Tinea cruris a type of fungal infection. Please give your details like any history of Diabetes, Thyroid disorder or any other chronic diseases. How long you have been suffering. What medicines you have used etc etc for a better result.
