Skin looks dull all the time
I have pcod diabetes and thyroid which were diagnosed in 2015. My issue is with my skin tone and dullness. I have blackness around neck armpits in between thighs and knees and elbows. My face looks always tired and dull even after taking proper diet I don't look fresh. I have been on metformin and eltroxin since 2015. I don't take proper care of my skin. I use normal face wash and soap on my body. I am not concerned about skin tone at least I want my face to look good. I don't use any cosmetics cause I have acne issues if I use those products. I want a uniform skin tone.

These skin changes are associated with diabetes and thyroid both, hence you need a detailed history with examination
