Second baby
I'm trying for a second pregnancy, my first baby is 7 yrs old. I'm 36 now, I was pregnant naturally again when my son was 2 yrs old but I went through MTP since I wasn't mentally ready for another baby back then. Now I'm trying again, since 6 months for a second baby, my periods have been regular, my other reports are normal,  but my period lasts for only 2 days, I have lesser flow. is there any chance of a tubal block in my case?

Since u had MTP or if u ever had pelvic infection there are chances of tubal block .. Since u are telling all ur other reports are normal...go ahead with HSG or Diagnostic laproscopy
