With a prior early pre-eclampsia, the prevention plan you are already on is standard practice, and BPs at 130/90 this early are watched closely rather than treated aggressively. Every week gained at this stage is real progress, and modern high-risk care often buys several more weeks even when signs appear early.
Next Steps
Continue weekly obstetric review with growth scans and Doppler, and report any headache, visual change or upper-abdominal pain immediately.
Health Tips
Sudden severe headache, blurred vision or facial swelling needs an emergency visit, not a wait.

So your BP is little on a higher side right now , u should start monitoring your BP at home every 4 hourly , anytime it is >140/90 you should go to a gynaecologist and BP medication will be required.
