Third trimester sonography scan can give variation in growth of fetus. But 1 week lag is fine as far the fetal movements are regular & liquor is adequate. Placental maturity is up to the mark. Moreover it's fetal maturity which defines the growth. Cervical length is also fine.
Next Steps
Colour Doppler ultrasound if fetal movements decreased or liquor less.
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water and fluids. Eat healthy full mixed diet.
