A lot of research is being done and various new molecules are available in market with a lot of potential. The so called terminology “Negative symptom Schizophrenia” which is commonly associated with poor prognosis is an old concept now. Having lack of history to understand your exact diagnosis and symptomatology, if you are already on treatment, then review of dosing of treatment should be done. If you are treatment naive, diagnostic revaluation followed by done followed by regular treatment as prescribed. If you have attained remission of certain of your symptoms above mentioned symptoms have persisted, again medications will be helpful.
Next Steps
Various treatment modalities from oral medication (SSRI/Stimulant/Antipsychotics), Long acting injections, ECT should be tried prior to TMS. Though not confirmed by extension research, it has proved to be effective up to a certain extent, but lack of research as to how much time does it sustain the improvement achieved if any. Consult a psychiatrist.

I guess you meant medication is not working and not mediTation. If you dint, you need to try MediCation first before going for TMS or ECT. rTMS is more suitable for treatment resistant depression and OCD. It has not been shown to have improvement in schizophrenia. ECT might be better suited. But it has also not shown 100 percent success rate in negative symptoms of schizophrenia. You need to discuss with your psychiatrist what their experience has been with their patients and decide accordingly.

I assume that you have been properly diagnosed and are already on treatment by a psychiatrist. TMS or ECT will not have much benefit on negative symptoms. There is no robust evidence yet. Medications alongwith therapy might help.

See Negative schizophrenia has symptoms like decreased interest in previously pleasurable activities ( anhedonia), emotional flattening, motivational impairment, social withdrawal. This can be treated with pharmacotherapy with CBT. First you should try for adequate doses of drugs which are specially used for negative schizophrenia. Also get your diagnosis confirmed throughly and have treatment plan.
