I have scezofernia medicine working well. Currently I have very low energy. How many days this symptoms will lasts. Or will I go for TMS therapy for low energy. I have low energy is TMS helpful

Both don't cure the symptoms. ECT is indicated for paranoid agitation in schizophrenia. TMS lacks much evidence. The effect of ECT wanes off after few cycles.

Low energy/ Fatigue could be residual symptom of schizophrenia or part of post psychotic depression.
If no active medicines prescribed for low energy, you may consult a psychiatrist.
TMS may be partially useful.
