Saline nasal sprays usually help with a stuffy nose ... But not really if u have allergic rhinitis ... Plz consult an ent specialist for proper medication

Need nasal endoscopy evaluation

No. Saline drops have other indications
Allergic rhinitis needs to be treated with nasal sprays and antihistamine.
