Hi! Despite it being common practice you don't need to get your levels checked. Indians are vitamin d deficient largely but it does not correlate with any diseases per say or does not give you added risk to develop anything
What you need is a diet rich in vitamin D, fortified milk or cereal and adequate sunlight exposure
Also, add a regular exercise into your routine. It helps a lot with your morale. It can be anything ranging from walking, jogging or even yoga.
You don't need supplements unless you have a history of fracture or recurrent falls. Take care
Freshly set curds are always safe, good for gut health, unless one has allergy to milk protein.
As such supradyn is safe, only side effects being allergy, nausea.
Nutritional supplements should only be taken if there is a deficiency, either clinically or by tests. Natural food provides micronutrients which are missing in supplements.

Supradyn: Safe for daily use for 1 month and helpful if diet is lacking, but not essential if nutrition is balanced.
Curd, when consumed in moderate amounts (about 150–200 grams per day), offers several health benefits.
It’s a natural probiotic, promoting gut health, and is a good source of calcium and protein.
However, excessive intake may aggravate cold and sinusitis by making mucus thicker. It’s also calorie-dense, so overconsumption can contribute to weight gain.
Be cautious with yogurt products — many flavored or sweetened varieties contain added sugars or artificial sweeteners. If you’re watching your calorie intake, it’s best to choose plain yogurt over sweetened or flavored options.
As for Supradyn tablets, they’re essentially a multivitamin. They can generally be taken safely for about a month when needed.
