Anything in which bacteria grows, gets bloated like packed juice, curd etc. If this happens frequently change the brand.

First find out if you are eating normal curd or probiotic curd. In case of latter, you may face issues. So you can switch to other brands and stick to normal curd. You must know curd is extremely helpful for health. But moderation must be exercised. The issue you mentioned is mostly related to particular brand due to specific preparation methods and doesn’t apply to all the brands. Hope it helps

Curd packet will tend to bloat if kept at room temperatures as the bacteria in the curd ferments and grows.....kindly don't use that curd packet which is bloated.
