Running nose , sore throat and High bP
My mother normally Doesn't have any medical conditions from last 2 days she is having running nose throat infection and today i have seen a little swelling on her face , when checked her BP it was 158/90. She is taking Azithromycin500                         Citrizine                          Paracetamol Is it anything serious please advise

As of now , you can continue same treatment. Sounds like a minor infection. You can recheck the BP after 2-3 days.
Next Steps
After 3 days , if discomfort still persists, do the following tests and consult me. CBC CRP AST / ALT SERUM CREATININE , Sodium , potassium HbA1C
